Step beyond the gallery and back into the neighborhood with a members-only outing to New Curds on the Block and To the Gills, the cheese shop and fish market run by Kate Truini and Zachary Redin in Oakville. After the success of our spring visit inspired by The Art of Feeding Community, we're returning for an evening built around the craft itself: a conversation with both owners followed by a guided cheese tasting.

Members will hear Kate and Zachary talk about their approach to sourcing, aging, and pairing, from carefully aged Northeast cheeses to the sustainable seafood that built their reputation in Oakville. It's a chance to slow down, taste something exceptional, and hear directly from the people behind the counter about what makes their work meaningful.
