Kate Redin, owner of New Curds on the Block cheese shop in Oakville, will walk us through the region’s lesser-known cheese history and its active contemporary landscape. After the talk, join Kate for a Pop-Up Cheese Shop and have the opportunity to purchase cheeses from regional dairies and cheesemakers.
