DESCRIPTION:Adventure far back in time with museum educator, Lillian, to learn about the ancient art of mosaic design. In this intermediate level art class, students will be given a brief lesson on the history of mosaics. Then, they will design and create their own mosaic-inlaid tile to take home.  \n  \n  \n This class is specifically designed for children ages 9-15, to enhance their artistic interests and talents. It is for this reason that we kindly ask parents and siblings to wait outside of the classroom for the duration of the program. \n  \n  \n  Sponsored by Taft Red Rhino Fund and American Savings Foundation.  \n
