This unique experience invites members to visit the real-life setting behind the artwork and meet the individuals who inspired it. \n  \n  \n Tucked inside a bright, lofted space in Oakville, To the Gills fish market and New Curds on the Block cheese shop are run by Zachary Redin and Kate Truini, the dedicated fishmonger and cheesemonger represented in Caporale-Greene’s work. What began as neighboring counters has grown into a shared life and a shared mission rooted in sustainability, transparency, and peak flavor, from responsibly farmed seafood to carefully aged Northeast cheeses. \n  \n  \n During this intimate, behind-the-scenes visit, members will meet the couple in their own shop, hear their story firsthand, and experience the craft and care that inspired the portraits. It’s a rare opportunity to see how art reflects community, support local makers, and savor the tastes and stories that bring it all together. \n
